Terms of Use

Effective · May 11, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of bitdo.dev, our client portal and our paid services. By using the site or signing an engagement, you agree to them.

01Use of the website

The site is provided for informational and commercial-prospecting use. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, attempt to bypass security, or use it to send unlawful, harassing or infringing content.

02Engagement terms (services)

Paid services are governed by a separate written engagement letter we sign with you. Where the engagement letter conflicts with these Terms, the engagement letter prevails for services. These Terms still govern your use of the public site and portal.

IP assignment, payment terms, warranties, indemnities and limits of liability are defined in the engagement letter.

03Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for security reasons or material breach of these Terms.

04Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks and design assets are owned by Bitdo or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for its intended purpose. Nothing here transfers ownership.

05Warranties & liability (site)

The site is provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitdo disclaims implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. This does not limit liability under engagement letters for paid services.

06Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Disputes will be heard in the courts of San Salvador, unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.

07Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a revision means acceptance.
