What You'll Do
We're looking for a product designer who cares deeply about the details. You'll own the design process end-to-end, from early concepts to final implementation, working on products that thousands of people use daily.
You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customers to create interfaces that are both beautiful and functional. We value thoughtful design, clean execution, and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Maintain and evolve our design system and component library
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
What We're Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of professional product design experience
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills and problem-solving
- Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Nice to Have
- Experience with prototyping tools like Framer or ProtoPie
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development
- Motion design or animation skills
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability tests
- Knowledge of design tokens and design-to-code workflows
- Previous startup or agency experience
